The Canadian and Haunting Paranormal Society (CHPS) investigated the Capitol Theatre in Chatham, Ontario, featured in this April 24, 2011, YouTube upload, for Case # 2011-15.
Follow this group as they set up and investigate pieces of the theater. But stay to the end to hear the many EVPs captured - some very distinct and clear.

Looks like the group may be going back and the captures in this round. You can also visit the theater's Web site directly too. The theater was opened April 11, 1930, with Mayor Burton L. Bedford officiating the sold out performance. The 1,500 seats were sold to watch the musical comedy, "Sally", starring Marilyn Miller.
