Former Sen Chris Kelly with the Stanley Cup

Shoutout to former Sen Chris Kelly, who last night won the Stanley Cup as a member of the Boston Bruins after being dealt to the B's by the Sens last February. The championship for the divisional rival means the Senators will have the very last pick of the 2nd round, 61st overall to complete the deal for Kelly.

On a personal note, I became fairly fond of Kelly, who I found to be our most consistent player last year in very underwhelming season. If you're a Kelly fan, hoping to get a glimpse of the world's best trophy or both, Kelly himself said he considers Ottawa home and will be bringing the silverware to the capital when it's his turn to have a day with the cup.
