Captain Keller Signs With The Oil
Binghamton Senators captain Ryan Keller is no longer part of the Senators organization, as today he signed a 1 year, 2 way deal with the Edmonton Oilers. If he plays in the NHL, he will earn 625k and 225k should be spend another season in the AHL. He was the B-Sens leading goal scorer the past 2 seasons with 34 and 32 respectively. He also recorded 119 points in 143 games for Binghamton via Joy Lindsay.
He of course just a month ago, captained the B-Sens to the Calder Cup Championship. Sorry to see him go but at least it's out west. By all accounts he is a good guy in and out of the dressing room. Best of luck from Sens Town.
Thoughts on him moving on?
