As all of you know, I'm a huge Alabama fan and I'm stoked that they are going to New Orleans for the National Championship, but I do have a little bit of an empty feeling with them going in for rematch game.
I honestly believe Alabama IS the second best team, and the ONLY team that has a chance to win this game, however, the way Oklahoma State whooped Oklahoma they probably should have got a shot. OK State beat Oklahoma 44 to 10 on Saturday and yes their only loss was against Iowa State 3 days after a tragic plane crash that killed their women's basketball coach. A fun fact also, Iowa State was 6-6, and a team in the National Title has never lost to a team with that poor of a record.
The last LSU/ Bama game was built up to be "A Game of The Century", but it turned out to be super boring game that finished 9-6 in favor of LSU. LSU won the game, but Alabama played the better game and if it weren't for 3 missed kicks and a trick play for no reason that turned into an INT in the end zone Bama would have easily went to the game.
This game I believe will be a lot different, I actually think their will be scoring and I think their will be a exciting plays, or at least I hope so.
