So now that the smoke is cleared from the Chris Paul trade that was vetoed, we found out that Mark Cuban was one of the people leading the charge to veto it. He wasn't as boisterous as Dan Gilbert, but he was having none of it. He was calling it unethical, unfair, etc.
That's fine, until right after the deal in a move that helps his team out a ton (especially with Tyson Chandler leaving), he get Lamar Odom for a 1st round pick. Yea, the 6th man of the year and the guy who averaged 15 ppg and a big piece of the Lakers championships. Lamar Odom was disgruntle and felt slighted after the failed trade attempt and Cuban took advantage of this by getting Odom basically for free. That smells real fishy to me and nobody is bringing it up.
I actually started to like Mark Cuban after last year, I finally got over his douchyness and was happy when the Mavs won it, but this shit really pissed me off and he's back in the dog house.
This is collusion at its finest.
