Leon Powe said the Grizzlies and Celtics are the two teams he'd like to sign with. I love Powe I really do, but he just doesn't have anything left. He hasn't played more then 20 games in each of the last 3 seasons, and his rebounds per game have gone from 5 when he was with the Celtics to 1.6, which shows his knees are just shot. He can't jump up and grab those boards anymore.
If the Celtics made a bunch of other signings and Powe was just to round out the final spots on the bench, then I'm cool with it, but I'd rather give a guy like JaJuan Johnson some time off the bench.
